Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Gracera. By downloading, accessing, or using Gracera, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

1. Personal Use

You may use Gracera for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable law. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

2. Free and Pro Access

Gracera offers free features and may offer Pro access to premium features or content. The specific features available in the free and Pro tiers may change as the app evolves. Availability of a particular feature, offering, plan, price, or currency is determined by what is presented in your applicable store and purchase flow.

3. Subscriptions, Plans, and Trials

Where made available, Pro access is offered through an auto-renewing subscription purchased from Apple App Store or Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. Monthly and annual plans may be offered. The current price, billing period, taxes where applicable, and renewal terms are shown by the store before you confirm your purchase.

A free or introductory trial may be offered only when the store presents one for the selected plan and account. Trial availability, eligibility, duration, price after the trial, and any restrictions are determined by the store’s offer shown at checkout. Unless you cancel in accordance with the store’s terms before the applicable renewal date, the subscription will renew and your store account will be charged at the price and interval displayed by the store.

4. Managing Subscriptions, Cancellation, and Refunds

You must manage or cancel a subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to purchase it. Deleting the app or deleting a Gracera account does not cancel a store-managed subscription. Refund requests, eligibility, and decisions are governed by the applicable store’s terms and procedures; Gracera does not control the store’s refund decision.

Restore Purchases checks eligible store purchases and subscription entitlements. It may restore Pro access when the store and RevenueCat report an eligible entitlement, but it does not recreate or recover deleted Gracera data, a deleted anonymous account, journals, favorites, reading progress, preferences, or other deleted cloud data.

5. Account Deletion

You may submit an account-deletion request at /delete-account/. The request is reviewed and manually verified; it is not an immediate deletion command. A completed deletion is irreversible. The deletion process and its exceptions are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Content Notice

Bible passages, devotionals, prayers, reflections, encouragement, and related content are provided for spiritual, devotional, and informational purposes only. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Seek qualified professional help when appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

Gracera’s software, design, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Bible translations and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate terms.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that every feature or item of content will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers and Limits

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gracera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version became effective. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
