Request account deletion

We review and verify each request before any account-deletion action is taken.

Before you submitThis form submits a deletion request; it does not itself delete an account. If a verified request is completed, deletion is irreversible. Deleting a Gracera account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple, Google Play, or another provider; cancel those separately. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible store entitlement, but cannot recover deleted Gracera data.

The request is protected by Turnstile and sent to a Cloudflare Worker for manual review. We retain the request data for up to 30 days for verification, then remove it. A submitted Account ID is never authorization to delete an account.
